Les détenteurs qui n'auraient pas déposé leur arme de chasse et leurs munitions dans un délai qui sera fixé par décret seront passibles d'une amende de 20.000 à 40.000 ouguiya et d'une peine d'emprisonnement de six mois à un an ou de l'une de ces deux peines seulement.

Holders who have not surrendered their hunting firearm and their ammunition, in a delay fixed by decree, will be punishable with a fine of 20,000 to 40,000 ouguiya and a prison term of six months to one year, or of only one these penalties.
