Article 41

Ammunition, explosives and other AME classified as dangerous materials shall be transported by special or standard transport vehicles, under escort, in accordance with the provisions on he transport of dangerous materials.

Producers of AME, those trading in AME, and the transporters of AME shall be responsible for the security of AME until they have been delivered to the buyer, that is, the user.

The details of the measures and the manner of providing security for the transport of AME shall be brought by the minister of defense in agreement with the minister of internal affairs.
