Article 31

Natural persons are obliged to keep the arms separated from the ammunition, in a locked cupboard, safe or other specially secured area.

Collectors and other persons, who are purchasing or owning old arms, are obliged to keep the arms in a locked cupboard or a safe or in special premises that are technically secured.

Museums are obliged to keep the arms in premises that are technically secured and to exhibit them in a manner that will prevent access to and theft of the arms.
