Zo wordt door of vanwege de minister van Justitie en Publieke Werken een register bijgehouden, waarin aantekening wordt gedaan zowel van elke door of namens hem verleende machtiging, met vermelding van de dag der uitreiking en van hetgeen de machtiging volgens deze landsverordening moet inhouden, als van elke intrekking van zodanige machtiging, met vermelding van de dag waarop zulks is geschied, zomede van de beslissing op een bezwaar- of beroepschrift.

Article 8

Thus, a register shall be kept by or on behalf of the Minister of Justice and Public Works, in which shall be recorded both any authorization granted by him or on his behalf, stating the day on which it was granted and what it should contain according to this National Ordinance, and any revocation of such authorization, stating the day on which it was granted, as well as the decision on any objection or appeal.
