第十七条

军品贸易公司在军品出口前,应当凭军品出口合同批准文件,向国家军品出口主管部门申请领取军品出口许可证;符合军品出口合同规定的,国家军品出口主管部门应当自收到申请之日起10日内签发军品出口许可证。

海关凭军品出口许可证接受申报,并按照国家有关规定验放。

Article 17

Before exporting military products, a military product trading company shall apply for a military product export licence from the national military product export authority on the basis of the military product export contract approval document; if it meets the provisions of the military product export contract, the national military product export authority shall receive the application. The military product export licence will be issued within 10 days from the date of [application].

The customs accepts declarations on the basis of the military product export licence, and inspects and releases them in accordance with relevant state regulations.
