Stk. 2. Tilladelser til riflede jagtvåben til jægere udstedes med en gyldighedstid på 10 år.

Stk. 3. Samtykke til udstedelse af jagttegn meddeles for et tidsrum svarende til jagttegnets gyldighedsperiode.

Stk. 4. Tilladelser til genopladning og tilladelse til indkøb af sortkrudt meddeles for 5 år.

§ 6 d. Permission in accordance with section 2, subsection 1, is issued with a validity period of 5 years. Regarding a permit for a pistol, however, the validity period is only 2 years.

PCS. 2. Permits for rifled hunting weapons hunters are issued with a validity of 10 years.

PCS. 3. Consent for the issuance of a hunting license shall be issued for a period corresponding to the period of validity of the hunting license.

PCS. 4. Permits for recharging and permits for the purchase of black powder are issued for 5 years.
