Article R. 312-43

Les personnes mentionnées au 2° de l'article R. 312-401 doivent être titulaires d'un carnet de tir indiquant la date de chaque séance contrôlée de pratique du tir.
Ce carnet, délivré par une association sportive agréée mentionnée au 1° de l'article R. 312-40, doit être présenté à toute réquisition des services de police ou de gendarmerie.

Les associations sportives agréées mentionnées au 1° de l'article R. 312-40 tiennent un registre journalier indiquant les nom, prénom et domicile de toute personne participant à une séance contrôlée de pratique du tir.

Ce registre est tenu à la disposition des fédérations sportives dont relèvent ces associations et doit être présenté à toute réquisition des services de police ou de gendarmerie.

Un arrêté conjoint du ministre de l'intérieur, du ministre de la défense et du ministre chargé des sports fixe le modèle type du carnet de tir et du registre journalier mentionnés aux alinéas précédents.

Article R. 312-43

Individuals referred to in 2° of Article R. 312-401 must hold a shooting booklet indicating the date of each controlled session of shooting practice.

This booklet, issued by an approved sports association referred to in 1° of Article R. 312-40, must be presented whenever requested by Police services or Gendarmerie.

Approved sports associations, referred to in 1° of Article R. 312-40, must keep a daily register indicating the first and last names and the place of residence of each person participating in a controlled session of shooting practice.

This register is made available to sports federations, under which fall the said associations, and must be presented whenever requested by Police services or Gendarmerie.

A joint order of the Minister of the Interior, the Minister of Defence and the Minister of Sports sets the format for the shooting booklet and the daily register mentioned in the above paragraphs.
