Artículo 1…

13) Reemplázase el artículo 111 por el siguiente:

"Artículo 11. Los que teniendo el permiso para su posesión o tenencia, portaren o trasladaren armas de fuego de las señaladas en la letra b) del artículo 2º fuera de los lugares autorizados para su posesión o tenencia y sin alguno de los permisos establecidos en los artículos 5º y 6º serán sancionados con una multa administrativa de 7 a 11 unidades tributarias mensuales. En caso de reincidencia, la sanción será la cancelación del permiso. Cancelado el permiso, el sancionado tendrá cinco días hábiles para entregar las armas respectivas a la Dirección General de Movilización Nacional, la que las destruirá. Transcurrido ese plazo sin haberse entregado las armas, su posesión, porte o tenencia se considerarán ilegales y serán sancionados de conformidad a lo dispuesto en el artículo 9º de esta ley.".

13) Article 111 is substituted for the following:

'Article 11. Those who, holding a possession or ownership permit, carry or transfer firearms listed in paragraph b) of Article 2) outside the premises authorised for their possession and ownership and without the permits established in Articles 5 and 6, shall be punished with an administrative fine of 7 to 11 monthly tributary units. Should this reoccur, the penalty shall amount to the cancellation of the permit. Upon the cancellation of the latter, the sanctioned individuals shall have five working days to hand over the respective firearms to the General Directorate of National Mobilisation, which shall destroy them. If this delay expires without the firearms or elements having been handed over, their possession, carrying or ownership shall be considered illegal and shall be punished in accordance with what is established in Article 9 of the present Act.'
