A 5-year-old girl who was shot in the head late Tuesday night at a home in Richmond's East End died yesterday afternoon at VCU Medical Center. She was identified as Dominique Carter, said Alicia Rasin, founder of Citizens Against Crime and spokeswoman for Dominique's mother, Sharifia Warren.
