The local police seized a number of firearms last Sunday in line with its intensified strict implementation of the city's gun ban. All the firearms were confiscated from its holders inside the two cockpits situated in Talon-Talon and in San Roque by the Tetuan police led by Supt. A man who sparked a huge security alert when caught with a loaded pistol at Coventry Airport has been jailed for five years. Edward Garofano, 41 of Bromsgrove, Worcstershire, admitted five charges of possessing prohibited weapons, two of possessing prohibited dum-dum ammunition and one of possessing a firearm and ammunition in a public place.
