A baby was reported in critical condition Monday morning after he was accidentally shot by his mother. CITRUS HEIGHTS — A 4-month-old Citrus Heights baby who had been shot in the neck over the weekend was in critical condition Monday at the UC Davis Medical Center. A survey for the Canadian Firearms Centre has found that there is roughly one gun for every resident of the three territories.
