FRANKFORT, Kentucky — Officials would be required to post signs warning against the possession of guns on school property around that property under a bill passed by the House on Friday. Firearms are already prohibited on school grounds and signs are supposed to be posted at building entrances. After a monthlong investigation, city police yesterday confiscated 41 guns — including two that are banned in Maryland and four that were loaded — from a Southeast Baltimore home. Gov. Jim Hodges vowed Friday to veto any legislation that allows concealed weapons into schools or onto school grounds. Hodges made the promise in response to legislation filed in the House and Senate. The House bill, sponsored by Rep.
