Teen Pleads Not Guilty in Sister's Shooting Death

VANCOUVER, Washington — The son of a Clark County sheriff's sergeant has pleaded not guilty in the fatal shooting of his 10-year-old sister.
Matthew Randall, 13, entered the pleas to one count of first-degree manslaughter with a firearm and two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm Friday in Clark County Superior Court.
