Guillermo Bonilla turned his illegal .38-caliber pistol over to authorities Thursday in exchange for food coupons worth $180 — no questions asked. Behind Bonilla, a man who identified himself only as Miguel turned in several grenades he said he found following the U.S. invasion of Panama in 1988. He received $250 in coupons.
