European Gun Restrictions 'Could Criminalize Collectors'

Austria's gun lobby is up in arms against plans for tougher new EU restrictions on firearms, which are set to be approved next month and would come into effect in July. The terror attacks in Paris in January and November last year have given new urgency to the debate on tougher gun laws, with EU leaders saying in December they would "rapidly examine" the proposals, with the aim of approving them at a summit in February.
