Confusion on firearms rules has some Manitoba dealers feeling like they're under the gun to abide by a so-called "back-door" registry.
Though Ottawa and the provincial government insist there's no new long-gun registry replacing a federal firearm database that was scrapped this spring, retailers say RCMP are sending mixed signals.
