Winnipeg Police Bust Gun Trafficking Network, Seize 9 Brand New Firearms

Nine firearms and other weapons were seized and three people arrested when police officers interrupted Winnipeg-based members of a gun-trafficking network earlier this month.
Facing more than 140 criminal charges, the suspects — two men and a woman — may be part of something larger but Winnipeg police were tight-lipped about the scope of the illegal ring.
