NAIROBI — A man on the police list of gun runners in Kenya has been arrested and is being questioned in connection with Sunday's grenade attacks at Uhuru Park. Undercover officers from the Special Crime Prevention Unit arrested him at a roadblock at Matuu on the Nairobi-Garissa highway on Thursday night.
