Utah Governor Wary of Spending Money on Secessionist Gun Lobby Bill

A bill that would exempt Utah-made firearms from federal regulations is headed to Gov. Gary Herbert's desk, but a spokeswoman said the governor has concerns about the bill's constitutionality.
