Pennsylvania Communities Fight NRA to Decide Their Own Gun Controls

EASTON - Mayor Sal Panto Jr. may try to seize on the number of lost and stolen handgun reporting laws developing around the state by returning the idea to city council for a second chance.
"I'm thinking about it, I can tell you that," Panto said last week. "I'd like to see Easton have it."
But the mayor may have only one more vote than he did the first time, leaving him still at least one shy of approval.
