RAICHUR, India — Siddaramaiah was killed when he was curiously examining a revolver belonging to his cousin, an excise superintendent, on Saturday night, as the gun was fired accidentally. Veeraiah and his family were busy loading luggage into a jeep belonging to the excise superintendent as they were planning to visit their native village Yardona.
