Police in the Philippines have arrested Yamaguchi-gumi Akire Nemoto, believed to be the right hand man to leader Yasuo Takagi. He was arrested in Manila for arms smuggling, seizing weapons including a U.S.-made KG99 assault rifle, two mini pistols and numerous rounds of ammunition.
