Relying on the testimony of a witness who recanted much of his evidence was too dangerous to convict a man charged with gun theft, a judge said on Tuesday. Justice Jim Foster dismissed theft and break-in charges against Kyle Gregory Morris, 28, of Red Deer, following a two-day Red Deer Court of Queen's Bench trial.
