CHICAGO — A Chicago man was sentenced last week to 50 years in prison for a 1995 murder after the gun used in the crime was traced to him by a federal computer database, according to a release by the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. Samuel Coggs was convicted of the murder of Keith Bluemenberg in August. Bluemenberg was killed during a 1995 gang war between the Gangster Disciples and the Blackstones, prosecutors said.
