SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota — A gun dealer from Yankton faces up to five years in prison after pleading guilty to selling firearms without noting the name, age and place of residence of the purchaser. Thirty-two-year-old Kevin Haug entered the plea in federal court in Sioux Falls.
