BRIDGEWATER — Thirty eight firearms charges have been dropped against the man accused of running guns between Canada and the U.S. after a psychiatrist determined he was not criminally responsible for his actions at the time of the offense. However, Joseph Jean Paul Cyrille Leger must still face 14 other charges under the federal Customs and the Excise and Revenue acts when he returns to court in Digby next week.
