LOS ANGELES — A Cuban exile who allegedly had more than 1,300 guns and explosives inside his San Bernardino County home was charged with federal weapons crimes, it was announced Friday. Robert Ferro, 61, of Upland, was indicted by a federal grand jury in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
