Brazil's President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said Brazilians' vote in favor of keeping access to handguns won't make them any more secure. Brazilians voted 64 percent to 36 percent in a referendum yesterday to reject a proposed ban on retail sales of guns and ammunition, the national elections authority said on its Web site.
