A loaded .40-caliber handgun that went off in a Dedham man's hands, killing him, was stolen from a West Roxbury home. The weapon, a Glock semiautomatic, was taken from a safe in March, according to Dedham Detective Michael Weir. Justin Stivaletta, 20, died last Thursday night at a friend's apartment in Dedham in what police are calling an accidental shooting.
