WILLOUGHBY — Police are investigating how a 16-year-old boy got a .38-caliber pistol into a Willoughby psychiatric hospital, where he shot himself in the head when he was left unattended. The teen was in critical condition yesterday at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland.
