Handguns: Menace on Sydney's Streets

A loaded high-powered revolver was found by police in a suspected stolen car in Sydney's eastern suburbs yesterday.
The rare .44 calibre Rossi was abandoned by two men who fled police conducting a routine check in Double Bay.
It is the latest in a series of incidents which has police trying to track the sources of an increasing number of handguns on Sydney streets.
