Article 3. Au sens du présent Décret, le terme «engin destructeur» désigne :

a) tout explosif, engin incendiaire ou à gaz toxique tels que : bombe, grenade, roquette, mine, cocktail molotov, etc.

b) toute combinaison d'accessoires fabriqués pour ou destinés à être utilisés dans la conversion de tout appareil en engin destructeur tel que décrit au paragraphe (a) ci-dessus ou à partir desquels un engin destructeur peut être rapidement fabriqué.

Article 3. Under the present Decree, the expression 'destructive weapon' means:

a) any explosive, incendiary device, or poison gas device such as: bomb, grenade, rocket, mine, molotov cocktail, etc.

b) any combination of accessories manufactured for or designed to be used to convert any device into a destructive weapon, such as those referred to in paragraph a) aforementioned, or from which a destructive device may rapidly be manufactured.
