Transmisión del arma de uso civil

Articulo 96 - Sólo podrán adquirir armas de uso civil y sus municiones, y ser usuarios o tenedores de las mismas, las personas mayores de edad. La verificación del cumplimiento de tal requisito será responsabilidad de quien transmita la propiedad o tenencia del arma.

No podrá enajenarse a particular en un mismo acto, más de un arma por tipo, marca, modelo y calibre.

Articulo 97 - La venta de armas de uso civil por comerciantes, estará sujeta a las siguientes formalidades:

a) El adquirente deberá acreditar su identidad y mayoría de edad mediante documento idóneo reconocido por las autoridades públicas…

Transfer of Civilian Firearms

Article 96 - People who are over the minimum age are the only ones authorised to acquire firearms for civilian use and their ammunition, and to be their users or holders. Verification of compliance with this requirement shall be the responsibility of the person transferring ownership or possession of the firearm.

No more than one firearm by type, brand, model and calibre may be transferred to a private individual.

Article 97 - The sale of firearms for civilian use by dealers is subject to the following formalities:

a) The purchaser must present proof of identity and age with documents recognised by public authorities…
