Artículo 106. Medidas de Seguridad

Las personas naturales o jurídicas que importen, exporten, comercialicen o tengan en su poder armas, municiones, explosivos, accesorios y materiales afines, están obligados a dotar, a los lugares destinados para almacenar, guardar o exhibir dichas especies, de las seguridades que impidan cualquier sustracción o pérdida, quedando prohibido su desplazamiento a otro lugar, sin la debida notificación a la Dirección de Logística del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas o a los Organismos Militares de Control en su respectiva jurisdicción.

Article 106. Safety Measures

Natural or legal persons who import, export, trade or possess firearms, ammunition, explosives, accessories and related materials, must ensure that places intended for the storage or the exhibition of the latter include the necessary safety measures to prevent their theft or loss, their transfer to another place being also prohibited without prior notification to the Logistics Direction of the Joint Command of the Armed Forces or the military agencies in their respective jurisdiction.
