Shop owners, importers of firearms and manufacturers of firearms and ammunition are obliged to keep records of acquired and sold merchandise.
The parties in question shall provide the Police Commissioner concerned detailed information on sold merchandise and unsold stocks whenever the Police Commissioner so requests.
The Police Commissioner may at any time and without special authorization require access to premises where firearms and ammunition are manufactured or where supplies of these items are stored.
Exporters of firearms and ammunition must also keep records, as ordered by the Police Commissioner, of their merchandise and its disposition.
