Article 22: Acts Considered as Offences

The following acts shall be considered as offences punishable under this Law:

1. refusing to produce documents upon request by security officers;

2. injuring, intimidating a person or damaging property with a firearm without reasonable cause;

3. illegally carrying, possessing or using a firearm;

4. pointing a firearm at a person without reasonable cause;

5. displaying a firearm so carelessly that it may cause a danger either to the holder or any other person;

6. firing without justified reason.
