National Report 2005 - International Cooperation (Informe Nacional 2005 - Cooperación Internacional)

Translated content:

It is important to promote international cooperation strategies aimed at preventing, combating and eradicating the illicit trade in arms, such as regional or bilateral meetings where firearm officials can share information and experiences.

Many of these meetings are organised by non governmental organisations. Civil society representatives participate and raise awareness about firearm problems at the national and international levels.
