Three Principles on Arms Export
The Three Principles are not to license the export of arms:
(i) to communist countries;
(ii) to UN Security Council arms embargo countries; and
(iii) to countries involved in or likely to be involved in international conflicts.
(Hunting guns and sport guns are not regarded as "arms" in this context.)
