Articulo 14. Certificado de Registro

El certificado de registro es un documento único, intransferible, revocable, renovable y temporal, emitido por el Ministerio de Defensa, a través del REGEM a personas jurídicas bolivianas y extranjeras que realizan las actividades de fabricación, importación, exportación y transporte de armas de fuego, otras armas, municiones, explosivos, materias primas tendientes a la fabricación de explosivos, fuegos artificiales o pirotécnicos, piezas y componentes de todos éstos y otros artefactos y materiales relacionados, así como también a los comercializadores de explosivos.

Article 14. Registration Certificate

The registration certificate is a unique, non-transferable, revocable, renewable and temporary document issued by the Ministry of Defence, through REGEM, to Bolivian and foreign legal persons carrying out the manufacture, import, export and transport of firearms, other weapons, ammunition, explosives, raw materials used for the manufacture of explosives, artificial or pyrotechnic fireworks, parts and components of any of the above, and other related items and materials, as well as explosive dealers.
