Legitimate Firearm Users

These are people who possess more than ten firearms or one hundred rounds of ammunition, and decide to keep them as a collection. They must meet special security measures that are designed to prevent theft or robbery. Certain types of firearms are forbidden from being used (such as automatic firearms that are exclusively for military use, etc.). The latter may be permitted when disabled, with their firing mechanisms kept somewhere else.
