Artículo 19 - La prohibición de llevar armas sin permiso se limita al uso o porte personal de ellas, no alcanzando a las que se posean y mantengan en el domicilio o bienes del tenedor, o se transporten en el equipaje con fines deportivos, siempre que en estos casos se disponga de la "Guía de Posesión de Armas" y del "Título de Habilitación para la Adquisición y Tenencia de Armas" en los casos en que éste fuera exigible.
