A convicted terrorist who cooperated with the government and who relocated to Georgia after being released was sent back to prison on Friday for trying to buy an AK-47 assault rifle and possessing a handgun. Judge John F. Keenan of Federal District Court in Manhattan gave the terrorist, Abdelghani Meskini, 31 months.
