The federal government's amnesty programme is heading for the rocks with allegations that money meant for the rehabilitation of militants has been embezzled and the youth are now threatening to return to the creeks.
Acting President Goodluck Jonathan who was all too aware of the dangers, moved last week to salvage public confidence in the programme by restructuring it.

CUMBERLAND, Maryland — Hunting aficionados visiting Canal Place may soon have to store their weapons elsewhere based on the Canal Place Preservation & Development Authority's reaction to a proposed firearm restriction policy.
