SACRAMENTO, California — A coalition of environmentalists, American Indians and hunters is asking regulators to issue an emergency ban on lead ammunition in the condor's feeding territory and eventually statewide. "This is imperative to get this going. SANTA ANA, California — An Orange County gun dealer was sentenced to 45 days in jail for possessing assault weapons after authorities seized 90 firearms from his store, prosecutors said. Ilya Yampolsky, 39, was also sentenced Friday to three years' probation and given 45 days of community service, said Deputy District Attorney Paul Chrisopoulos.
