Concealed-Weapons Law: Two Tweaks and a Threat

The sheriffs of St. Charles, Jefferson and Franklin counties aren't doing anyone a favor by processing concealed-gun permits before the Legislature has fixed major and minor problems with the new state law. Their poor judgment could cost their counties a pretty penny without anyone ending up with a valid gun permit.
Before the sheriffs stray any further down this path they should check out two tweaks the Missouri Supreme Court made last week in its February court... (GunPolicy.org)
