TAMPA, Florida — Authorities in Florida are calling it a "tragic accident." They say a three-year-old boy shot a two-year-old playmate in the head Saturday. The two-year-old is in critical condition in a Tampa hospital. The shooting happened while the toddler was playing with another boy in his bedroom.
