HAMILTON — Police in Bermuda shot a man twice with rubber bullets in what was thought to be the first time the force in the British territory has fired at a suspect, a police spokesman said. Officers opened fire on the machete-wielding man after he allegedly refused to leave the roof of a house in Sandys parish in the west of the island after threatening family members during a domestic dispute.
