Hillard, Devine Out in Front for Gun Law

About 100 Chicago area supporters of a gun law struck down by the Illinois Supreme Court plan to gather for a rally in Springfield on Monday, calling for reinstating provisions of the law.
The rally will coincide with a special legislative session called by Gov. George Ryan to repair the law nullified by the state's high court Dec. 2.
