A state senator is showcasing a Cleveland trial to argue that Ohio needs tougher laws for childproofing firearms. Sen. Eric Fingerhut and a group of activists gathered yesterday outside the Justice Center as Devon Campbell's trial was beginning in a Cleveland Municipal Courtroom.
