Civilians wishing to acquire firearms licenses will have to meet very stiff conditions set up by the Uganda Police Force. The Police Chief of Private Security and Firearms Control, Richard Nabudere, announced on Monday that with the new measures, it will be difficult for individuals to acquire firearms easily.
